I ordered a pair of your glasses as a temporary fix because my normal optician could not provide me with my glasses before Christmas.

I ordered the glasses from you on the 16th Of December, thinking that it would be nice to see what my family and the television looked like for Christmas!

I must admit I did not hold our much hope of receiving them before the big day.

To my great surprise and delight I received the glasses in just four working days after my order was placed, in plenty of time for Christmas. I must admit that the TV was not very good, and my friends and family are no better looking than I remember them, but this is not your fault.

Just as a final note, I went to pick up my glasses from the opticians today, I tried the glasses that they had prepared and they were not as good as yours (optically) and only marginally better looking even though they cost nearly £200.00, so I have asked them for a refund.
