Returns and Refunds Last Updated April 2006 We want you to be totally satisfied with the goods you buy from Glasses 4 Eyes. Before despatch, all of our glasses are inspected to ensure the accuracy of the prescription and proper alignment of the frame If (as a result of an error made by ourselves) you are not happy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them to us within 7 days for adjustment, replacement or refund. Refund is in full for the frames and lenses providing they are in original condition and complete with case and cloth (excluding p&p). If you make an error whilst entering your prescription details then you may return the goods to us within 7 days. We will fit new lenses for you at a specially discounted cost once correct prescription details have been advised to us. Just e.mail us at contact@glasses4eyes.co.uk to advise us of the mistake made and to request the special price for new lenses. If you are not happy with the style of the frames you have selected then you may return the goods to us within 7 days for either an exchange (at a discounted cost) or a partial refund. We will supply new glasses to you in an alternative style at a specially discounted cost. Just e.mail us at contact@glasses4eyes.co.uk for guidance on what to do. Special orders, such as orders for prescriptions outside our normal range are specifically EXCLUDED from this refund policy. If you wish to return the goods this will usually involve you posting the goods back to us using 1st class recorded mail. The risk of damage to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the goods have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us at those premises. Top of page |
