All 6 colours are available with a 15%, 50% and 85% LTF.

Occasionally, opticians split the prescription into 'Near' and 'Distance'.
If you want 'Distance' glasses use the 'Distance' figures on the prescription and for 'Reading' glasses use the 'Near' figures. For Bi-focals it is usually a combination of the 'Distance' plus the 'Addition' - in which case please enter the 'Addition' value.

Right eye info is usually on the left of your prescription and the Left eye info is usually on the right.

If the optician has put a symbol that looks like a figure '8' on it's side or has put in plano, it means that the sphere is 0.00. 	Pupillary Distance Pupillary Distance is the distance from the centre of one pupil (black spot in the middle of your eye) to the centre of your other pupil. Ideally obtain an exact PD from your optician or doctor at the time of your eye test. Alternatively, you can either chose to use an average PD which is shown as '63' for distance vision and '60' for reading vision on the order form (these averages have been determined by our dispensing opticians) or with the help of a friend measure it yourself in millimetres Pupillary Distance :
