Transitions® Lenses

ALL of the frames (except for the sunglasses frames) shown on our website can be supplied with photosensitive lenses - ie they change from virtually clear in normal light to tinted under bright light.

We tend to use 2 x types of Transition lenses inlcuding the brand New Transitions X-tra Active® Lenses. Please contact us for more information about these lenses.

The additional costs can vary but they are typically just £49 for Single Vision Prescription Lenses (£75 for Bifocal Prescription Lenses).

Transitions® lenses are perfect all round lenses, offering everyday use with fantastic visual acuteness as well as 100% UV protection and glare reduction.

They are ideal for most people’s everyday lives by eliminating the inconvenience of carrying around an extra pair of prescription sunglasses.

Please note the new Transitions X-tra Active® lenses are now designed to work behind the windscreens of cars. Please contact us for more information.
